Meet The Team

Phil Owen
Director / Chair
I love beer and brewing with 44 years devoted to the pursuit of fine ales! I have been a dedicated supporter of locally produced craft beer since the emergence of CAMRA in the UK in 1971 (although I wasn't quite old enough to drink then!), their aim being to protest against a powerful beer industry that was taking over and closing small breweries and producing flavourless national brands. Let’s do the same!

Cary Holm
Director / Treasurer
Cary is a Newham local (aspiring anyway) who has thrown away his corporate life in Financial Services to be part of the growing movement that is Rock and Ranges Brewing co-op, and he also likes a beer or two! He loves the community focus and you'll see him at markets and delivering beer around the local area to members and customers.

Lane Koski
Director
Lane brings a long-standing passion for craft beer and a deep commitment to our cooperative community. A member of Rock and Ranges since its inception in 2019, he has been a proud supporter of the co-op’s growth from the very beginning. A Gisborne local for the past 16 years, he’s actively involved in the Macedon Ranges Futsal committee and spends his spare time mountain biking, water skiing, keeping fit, and travelling with his family.

Aaron Jenkins
Director / Secretary
A passionate home brewer and lover of all things fermented, Aaron is still somewhat stunned at seeing his recipes be commercially released through Rock & Ranges. As a local, he’s excited to be part of the Rock & Ranges community and helping grow our range (pun intended) to the next level!

Andrew Arch
Director
Andrew discovered craft beers while working in the UK many years ago and exploring the CAMRA scene. While a passionate craft beer consumer, particularly dark beers, he is also a supporter of independent gin distilleries and wine makers. Recently retired he will be devoting more time to R&R activities through the Brew Crew, markets and finding new outlets for our beers.

Morgan Boyle
Director
Morgan is a beer enthusiast and homebrewer. He began with a Coopers kit, quickly moved to All Grain, and built his first BIAB system from a 40‑litre urn. Driven by both craft and engineering curiosity, he went on to design and construct a three‑vessel HERMS setup with a custom controller. His DIY brewery continues to evolve, with a Keezer project next on the horizon.
