This Beer is:




A fresh, hop forward Pacific Ale brewed to quench any thirst. Bursting with berry and tropical pineapple notes, layered with heady stone fruit aromas from Simcoe, Mosaic, Chinook and Krush hops. Best enjoyed under the winde country skies, with views of Hanging Rock and the rolling local ranges.

Ingredients


Grain:

  • 76.3% Ale malt

  • 19.2% Flaked wheat

  • 4.6% Chit malt


Hops:

  • Neutral bittering to 14 IBUs at 60 minutes

  • 0.9g/L - Chinook - whirlpool

  • 0.9g/L - Krush - whirlpool

  • 0.9g/L - Mosaic - whirlpool

  • 0.9g/L - Simcoe - whirlpool

  • 1.8g/L - Chinook - dry hop

  • 1.8g/L - Krush- dry hop

  • 1.8g/L - Mosaic - dry hop

  • 1.8g/L - Simcoe - dry hop


Yeast:

  • US-05

Target FG: 1.010

Method

Mash:

  • Single Infusion

  • Temp: 66C

  • Duration: 60 minutes


Ferment:

  • Temp: 18C
